The first surgery is already scheduled to take place in Effingham Hospital‘s new surgery center, part of the 58,000 square foot expansion designed by JJCA to bring the Georgia community state-of-the-art healthcare services.
The hospital held an open house on January 28th that began with the local Boy Scout troop raising the U.S. and Georgia flags and featured Lieutenant Governor Casey Cagle as keynote speaker. The community was treated to hospital tours following the ceremony and was impressed with the look and feel of the new space.
