"Without JJCA's help, I don't believe we would have been successful in obtaining the HUD-242 financing that not only allowed us to complete the third phase of our existing space plan, but gave us the opportunity to build a second hospital in a neighboring community. While it was certainly a plus for us to hear that some of the contractors we were talking with had HUD-242 experience, it came to light very quickly that having an architectural firm with extensive experience is the difference maker. JJCA really coached us quickly up the learning curve. They worked with the mortgage lender to lead us through the initial closing and beyond. JJCA has tremendous insight into what purchases are covered, what forms must be submitted and when. I cannot imagine trying to do this without an architectural firm that has been through the process.
