New Associates, New Ideas, One Strong Team

JJCA is proud to announce the promotion of three team members to associate: Jenny Wygant, Samantha Smith, and Sarah Stevens. Each brings talent, leadership, and a strong commitment to the people and culture that shape our firm. Their promotions reflect the impact they make every day, both within our teams and across the communities we serve.

At JJCA, associates do more than manage projects. They help guide the firm's future. They mentor staff, strengthen relationships, improve processes, and contribute to the bigger picture. Jenny, Samantha, and Sarah each embody those qualities in their own way.

Jenny Wygant began her career at JJCA in 2019 after earning her Bachelor of Architecture from Auburn University in 2017. She also studied at Auburn University’s Rural Studio from 2016 to 2019, where she gained hands-on experience designing and building projects that serve communities in meaningful ways. Since joining JJCA, Jenny has become a thoughtful leader and trusted teammate who embraces collaboration and helps move projects forward with care and purpose.

Samantha Smith joined JJCA in April 2021 and has experience across all phases of design and construction. A graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2020, Samantha brings energy, organization, and a problem-solving mindset to every project. She consistently supports both clients and internal teams while helping strengthen standards and processes throughout the firm.

Sarah Stevens began her career at JJCA in 2021 and quickly became an important part of the team. She is known for her commitment to mentorship, accountability, and collaboration. Sarah approaches every challenge with a team-first attitude and continues to build strong relationships across the firm and with clients.

These promotions recognize individuals who embrace and teach JJCA’s culture, prioritize the growth and well-being of others, and contribute beyond their traditional roles. Associates help develop future leaders, monitor progress, improve processes, and support the firm's long-term growth. Jenny, Samantha, and Sarah each demonstrate those qualities through their leadership and daily work.
