Teaching classes help sharpen design and construction professionals’ skills— both the student and teacher learn, and clients reap the benefit of better projects.
JJCA’s Stephanie Pielich regularly gives back to the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) by conducting a training class for the Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) course. She recently taught a webinar on preconstruction and procurement to 40-50 people.
The CDT test is a certification for architects, emerging professionals, product representatives, and contractors. The certification is a highly regarded accomplishment that indicates comprehensive knowledge of the writing and management of construction documents.
Better construction documents mean better projects. We’re proud that four JJCA team members have the CDT certification.
