Not everything fits neatly into a box. A lot of customization goes into nearly every project we do at JJCA. Z Modular offers a one-stop shop solution to modular design, fabrication and construction for multifamily, hotel, student housing and other commercial buildings. According to David, his tour of the factory suggests that they really can produce, ship, and stack a quality building in a fraction of the time required for conventional construction. That's a very "lean" solution that can really stack up, reducing waste and improving speed-to-market, often an objective that helps meet our clients' financial goals.
