In an effort to better understand how we currently use the various spaces in our JJCA office so that we can make improvements as we renovate and expand, we surveyed everyone to gather usage and usability info. First, we learned that we have good meeting spaces, but just not enough of them. We also learned that there is no perfect office arrangement or individual workspace configuration. The goal will be to find the right combination of spaces that will provide an environment that is conducive to a variety of workstyles so that everyone is comfortable, happy and productive. It should come as no surpise that we held a design charette that produced an array of options to consider!
